Year 1 Grandparents' Day 2026

Year 1 enjoyed a wonderful morning in School with their grandparents. Together they took part in a carousel of activities including painting, a QR maths quiz, and a geography and history comparison activity. It was lovely to see so much laughter, conversation and teamwork throughout the morning.

To finish, the children sang with such confidence, shared a poem, showed their grandparents’ portraits and spoke proudly about them with huge smiles on their faces.

The whole morning was full of happiness, fun and special shared experiences.
